The Fitness Center is open daily from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., and showers and lockers are available for guests:

Fitness Center Personal Training Sessions
Consultation (90 minutes) $60.00 per person

During your individual session you will receive:

• Discuss goals (weight loss, strength, overall health, sport specific)
• Discuss best method to achieve goals (what activities do you enjoy most)
• Actual one-on-one workout (based on goals and current health)
• A full exercise prescription
