Are you looking for a way to engage, energize, and educate your employees? Big Cedar Lodge has created a menu of different games, challenges and activities to promote teamwork to our guests. It’s a great way for team members to bond and also a nice break from the standard seminar! Here’s a sample of teambuilding activities.
Pirate Treasure Hunt
Objectives Covered: Using your Resources, Communication, Comfort Zones, Strategy, Time Management, and Camaraderie Teams will be given a list of riddles and a pontoon boat sending them on the lake in search of their pirate treasure. Once all items are found, the teams should look like pirates upon their return to land. Enjoy the laughter as each team will have to create and perform their own pirate song. 10 person minimum.
Objectives Covered: Comfort Zones, Camaraderie, and Objective Thinking . Do you have what it takes to be a Big Cedar Ozark Olympian? Events include “hillbilly” pie eating, “patty” toss, cattle roping, seed spitting, “hillbilly” horseshoes, and much more. 10 person minimum.
Big Cedar Game Shows
Game show fans have something to look forward to at Big Cedar Lodge. We offer casino nights, Minute to Win it, Bingo, the Newlywed Game (and the Not-So Newlywed Game) and Win, Lose or Draw among others. Select from one, two or three games. Game show activities make perfect indoor and back-up activities during inclement weather. Game show activities require a 15 person minimum and one-hour time commitment.
Photo Scavenger Hunt
Objectives Covered: Teamwork, Communication, and Time Management. Each team is given a Polaroid camera with ten exposures and a list of ten riddles telling them where to go and what to take a picture of. 10 person minimum.
