Fitness Classes at Big Cedar
Along with our newly remodeled fitness center we are also offering some new fitness classes at Big Cedar Lodge. You will find an array of classes for many different types of workouts from Yoga to Zumba. Below is a list of the classes we are currently offering. Sixty minute work outs that will help you relax, re-energize, and get fit. Classes held daily, except on Sundays and Tuesdays. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Wellness Classes: Sixty minute workouts that will help you relax, re-energize and get fit. Must be at least 18 years old to participate. Meet in the Ozark Room located inside the fitness building. All outdoor classes may change to indoor activities due to inclement weather.
Reserve your spot for Saturday evening SUP Yoga Night Glide by 2pm the day of the scheduled class.
