Along with our newly remodeled fitness center we are also offering some new fitness classes at Big Cedar Lodge. You will find an array of classes for many different types of workouts from Yoga to Zumba. Below is a list of the classes we are currently offering. Sixty minute work outs that will help you relax, re-energize, and get fit. Classes held Sunday-Saturday. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Wellness Classes: Join us on beautiful Table Rock Lake to have some fun in the sun for a 75-minute SUP class. SUP is one of the fastest growing and newest forms of water sports and fitness all in one. Paddleboarding is a fun and easy way to play on the water while experiencing an amazing full body workout. It’s gentle, non-impact and suitable for everyone. No experience is required. Meet at the Bent Hook Marina Beachfront to start your adventure. Must be at least 18 years old to participate.
