Dogwood Canyon Nature Park sprawls across the Missouri-Arkansas border, just south of Branson, MO. The entrance is located on Missouri Highway 86, approximately 16 miles west of U.S. Highway 65.

Many opportunities await you within this amazing 2,200 acre slice of Ozarks paradise. Choose from Self-guided Walking or Biking, Guided Tram Tours, Trout Fishing, and Horseback Riding. Or, select the Adventure Pass and spend the day with us. Enjoy lunch at the Outdoor Cafe and shop the general store for a great selection of gift and souvenir items. Make your visit even more special with a relaxing overnight stay in one of our private Log Cabins. The park is also a great place for memorable Group Events, such as customized tours with delicious streamside meals.

2-Hour Evening Tram Dinner
Travel through the more rugged reaches of the canyon, cross the Arkansas border, and ascend some 300 feet to our bison, elk, and longhorn pas­tures before arriving at a rustic campsite, complete with entertainment, old-fashioned games, and a full meal. Horseback Riding
An extraordinary way to see areas of the park set aside just for riders. Ages 10 and up can go on a one-hour ride (we also have a special junior rider program for those ages 3 to 9).

Walking and Biking
Enjoy a self-guided tour of the park along paved, gently sloping paths. Bring your own bike, or rent one of ours.

Private Log Cabins
These charming, fully-furnished one, two, and three bedroom units feature full kitchens, all amenities, and a chance to truly “get away from it all.” Enjoy complimentary walking privileges throughout the park during your stay.

Wildlife Tram Tours
Relax and enjoy a two-hour ride through the park on an open-air tram. Our breathtaking scenery includes towering bluffs and waterfalls, herds of elk and bison running free, sparkling creeks, even a stop to feed the rainbow trout. Reservations strongly recommended.

Trout Fishing
Whether you’re an experienced angler, or a first timer…there’s nothing like the thrill of hooking a Rainbow Trout. You can even take your catch home for dinner! We have rods and tackle for rent, as well as guided tours. We also offer fly-casting clinics on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and special two-day fly-casting schools throughout the season.
